No Athlete Navigates Life After Sport Alone.
The Fore Hire Foundation equips former athletes to confidently transition from competitive sport into meaningful careers — through education, mentorship, and access to professional opportunities.
Flagship Programs
Fellowship
Fore Hire Fellowship is a cohort-based transitional experience for women who have competed at the collegiate or professional golf level. Fellows are placed with business partners on paid, structured tracks ranging from 3 to 12 months.

Course to Career Summits
Course to Career Summit is a two-day career development and networking experience connecting current and former athletes with employers, industry leaders, and career opportunities.

Built on Seven Pillars
Our programs and approach are built around seven core pillars that guide everything we do.
1. Women in Golf — Championing the participation, visibility, and career advancement of women in and through the game of golf.
2. Career and Workforce Readiness — Preparing athletes with the tools, skills, and confidence to succeed in any professional environment.
3. Mentorship and Network Access — Connecting athletes with executives, former athletes, and industry leaders who understand the transition from sport to career.
4. Career Pathways and Opportunities — Creating direct pipelines to internships, fellowships, and full-time roles across all industries.
5. Leadership Development — Translating the discipline, strategy, and resilience of athletic competition into corporate leadership capability.
6. Access and Financial Support — Removing financial barriers to participation through paid placements and scholarship support.
7. College Coach Support — Equipping college golf coaches with the resources to support their athletes' career transitions before and after graduation.
